3. Payment & Refunds
- Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy (available on our website).
4. Revisions & Approvals
- Each project includes a set number of revisions, as specified in the contract.
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Once final approval is given, any further modifications will be billed separately.
5. Intellectual Property
- Client-Owned Assets: Any original content provided by the client remains their property.
- MXdesign-bh.com Ownership: We retain the rights to design concepts, templates, and unused drafts unless otherwise agreed.
- Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final design.
6. Delivery & Timelines
- Estimated project timelines will be outlined in the agreement.
- Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, etc.) may result in schedule adjustments.
- We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., website traffic, sales, or engagement).
- MXdesign-bh.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
8. Termination of Services
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client engages in unethical behavior, fails to make payments, or violates these Terms.
- If a project is terminated before completion, applicable fees for completed work will still apply.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy (available on our website) explains how we handle your personal data.
10. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
- Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
