Refund and Returns Policy

At MXdesign-bh.com, we strive to provide high-quality web design and graphic design services. Since our work involves digital products and custom services, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Refund Policy

  • Web Design Services: Once the project has started, partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed. No refunds will be issued after final approval and website deployment.
  • Graphic Design Services: Refunds are not available once initial concepts have been presented. However, we offer reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Custom Orders: For bespoke design solutions, refunds are only available before project commencement.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their project within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs after the initial work has begun, a prorated refund may be provided based on the work completed.
  • No refunds will be issued after final delivery or approval of the project.

3. Revision Policy

  • Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction before finalizing the project.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed and approved work.
  • Custom design projects where substantial work has been delivered.
  • Domain name purchases, hosting fees, or third-party software/licenses.
